ECI Group (ECI) recently wrapped up its Maintenance Appreciation Week, a time to acknowledge and express heartfelt thanks to the maintenance teams who are the true backbone of our communities.
Faced with ever-changing challenges, whether it’s unexpected repairs, ongoing improvements, or the brutal summer heat, ECI’s maintenance teams have displayed exceptional dedication, skill, & initiative. Their constant commitment to ECI’s “Path to Excellence” ensures our properties remain functional and inviting, helping to foster a strong sense of community for all residents.
To celebrate Maintenance Appreciation Week, ECI Group organized a series of events designed to show our deep gratitude for these essential team members. The week started on Monday with each associate being provided a “Shopping Spree” at The Home Depot, followed by a special gift sent from the corporate office on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the office team set up an Ice Cream Social to give everyone a much-needed treat, and additional reprieve from the heat. Thursday featured a unique “Job Swap” where maintenance teams handled office tasks while the inside office teams took care of outdoor duties. The celebration concluded on Friday with a half-day off coupon and a delicious offsite team lunch at the location of their choice.
